Are your jewelry real jade?

Yes. All our jewelry is made with natural jade , carefully selected for its quality and authenticity. We do not sell any synthetic or dyed jade.

Where are the products shipped from?

Our jewelry is shipped directly from our partner workshops in Asia, mainly in China, to guarantee excellent value for money.

What are the delivery times?

The average delivery time is 7 to 20 working days . A delivery tracking will be sent to you by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide . Shipping costs are shown at the time of ordering.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and returned at your expense. See our return policy for more details.

When will I be reimbursed?

Once the item has been returned and checked, you will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days .

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Check the tracking received by email. If more than 40 days have passed, contact us at contact@jadeeternel.com .

Is my order confirmed?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after payment. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
